Product details

Thanks to its low height of 15 mm and highly energy-efficient operation, the P8 Slim PWM PST is suitable for use in small PCs such as single-board computers and the entire SFF range.

With a wide speed range and the innovative PWM Sharing Technology (PST), the speed of the P8 Slim PWM PST can be controlled in synchronisation with other fans. The PST fans from ARCTIC are equipped with their own integrated daisy chain solution and have an additional socket next to the connector, to which an additional fan or up to four further PST fans can be connected in series.

In contrast to conventional 80 mm case fans with a thickness of 25 mm, the P8 Slim PWM PST has an installation height of just 15 mm. This makes it the ideal choice for small form factor (SFF) cases.

The speed of the P8 Slim PWM PST can be throttled to a standstill via PWM. This enables efficient and quiet PC operation in idle mode, while ensuring maximum performance when required.

As the fan design of the P8 Slim PWM PST is optimised for a focused airflow, it generates a high static pressure. The fan enables extremely efficient cooling and a good airflow - even with increased air resistance. This makes the P8 Slim PWM PST particularly suitable for use on concealed housing inlets, dust filters, radiators and generally in small housings that have little space for a free airflow due to compactly positioned hardware.

The Arctic P8 Max is first and foremost a low-priced 80 mm fan that looks correspondingly simple. But despite the simple design, the workmanship is solid and the high speed range means it can be used very flexibly. Of course - when it is used at full power, it gets quite loud and you don't necessarily want to hear that in everyday life when you are sitting next to it...
