This high-performance desktop battery backup system combines maximum protection with flexible design. The fully equipped APC Back-UPS PRO can be placed on the floor, under the monitor, or on a shelf. Six battery-backed outputs with Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) ensure uninterrupted operation for 5 to 16 minutes even during frequent voltage drops and undervoltages. Additionally, there are two more outputs with surge protection for printers and other devices that do not store or process data. Surge protection for Ethernet 10/100BaseT and telephone lines protects against surges transmitted over the network. The PowerChute Personal Edition software allows for a convenient system shutdown with advanced power management features.
