Ansmann Universal battery tester LC display

Testing device for various types of batteries and accumulators. This compact and user-friendly tester quickly checks the energy content of the most common batteries and accumulators. It is easy to see whether your battery or accumulator still has sufficient energy or should be replaced.

The LC display shows the battery or accumulator voltage in volts with a decimal display and an additional bar graph with 22 segments.

Easy to use: The voltage of the battery or accumulator type to be tested is set using the side sliding switch: 1.2V NiMH battery, 1.5V battery, 3V lithium battery, or 3.6V Li-Ion battery.

1. Pull out the side battery compartment
2. Insert the battery correctly according to polarity
3. Push the battery compartment back in
4. Display appears

A 9V block can be tested directly at the contacts. The position of the sliding switch is not relevant for this. The tester itself does not require its own battery for power supply.

The following sizes and types of batteries and accumulators can be tested:
1.5V batteries: AAAA (Mini), AAA (Micro), AA (Mignon), C (Baby), D (Mono), N (Lady);
1.2V NiMH/NiCd batteries: AAA (Micro), AA (Mignon), C (Baby), D (Mono);
9V battery: 9V block (E);
9V NiMH battery: 9V (8.4V) block (E);
3.6V/3.7V Li-Ion batteries: 14500, 14650, 16340, 17500, 18500, 18650, 22650, 26650;
3V lithium button cells: CR2025, CR2032, CR2320, CR2330, CR2354, CR2430, CR2450, CR2477, CR3032;
3V lithium photo batteries: CR2, CR123A.
