Aim-TTi TF930 is a 3 GHz universal frequency counter. It features modes for frequency, period, pulse width, frequency duty cycle, and event counting. The measurement range is DC to 3000 MHz with a resolution of 0.001 mHz. It can measure high impedance up to 125 MHz with AC or DC coupling, and offers a selection between 1 MΩ and 50 Ω. The device includes a switchable attenuator and threshold control, as well as a noise filter for low frequency measurements. It has a selectable measurement time and a display hold function. The large 9-digit display shows the complete display unit series. Internal batteries allow for portable use, and a USB interface provides full remote control and display capabilities.
