Product details

AESUB orange is a long-lasting, self-evaporating scan spray developed by scanning experts. It eliminates fundamental application issues in 3D measurement technology, particularly in sensitive areas such as laboratories and production, and protects devices from contamination by pigment deposits. Expensive transportation of externally matte-finished measurement objects to the sensor, as well as the time-consuming cleaning of the measurement environment and objects after scanning, are no longer necessary. With AESUB orange, you achieve a significant increase in efficiency and productivity throughout the digitization process.

Application of AESUB orange:
Spraying: Apply AESUB orange from a distance of 15-20 cm. Spray the entire surface to be scanned. Operate the spray head and move the spray can slowly and evenly back and forth, directing the nozzle at the object to achieve an even coating. Avoid "waving" the can.

Scanning: After AESUB orange has completely dried, the object can be scanned as usual.

Finished: The applied layer of AESUB orange evaporates on its own after scanning. The otherwise time-consuming cleaning after application is no longer necessary.
