AESUB diamond is a self-evaporating scanning spray specifically designed for the needs of the jewelry industry and for scanning small, intricate objects. The spray creates a very thin coating of approximately two micrometers and completely sublimates within about 15 to 30 minutes, ensuring that fine surface details are not distorted. The effective scan time is around ten minutes, making it ideal for scanning rings, necklaces, bracelets, and other jewelry pieces. AESUB diamond contains no pigments and no titanium dioxide, allowing for safe use directly at the workplace without contamination risk. The application is done from a distance of five to ten centimeters with fine, even movements to achieve an optimal and uniform coating. The spray reduces typical issues when scanning transparent gemstones, shiny metal surfaces, and reflective settings without covering fine details. Thanks to the very short sublimation time, no cleaning is required after the scanning process.
