Description Modbus TCP I/O Module. Industrial Ethernet products offer an open network architecture that enables seamless integration of various levels. ADAM-6000 modules provide an open and widely used communication interface. The modules equipped with GCL (Graphic Condition Logic) in addition to I/Os even have control functionality. Users can define the rules of the control logic using a graphical configuration environment and download them to any ADAM-6000 I/O module. This module will then automatically execute these rules like an autonomous controller. For each Ethernet I/O module, 16 rules can be defined. In the freely available utility ADAM.NET, four icons represent the four stages of a rule: Input, Rule, Execution, and Output. By simply clicking on an icon, a dialog window opens where each stage can be configured. Once the configuration is complete, the rules are saved.
