The ADDERLink X-USB Pro is designed for industrial use and can be integrated into a 19" chassis. VGA resolutions of up to 1920 x 1200 are possible over distances of up to 300 meters. This is made possible by an integrated noise filter that adjusts the signal strength and quality to the cable used. A multi-pole compensation technique is employed to ensure excellent image quality even at full cable length. You can optimally adjust the cable type, cable length, individual colors, and sharpness to your CATx line to achieve a crystal-clear image—all from the keyboard that allows you to control the PC remotely. A local port on the transmitter (PC-side module) also provides audio and video for parallel operation at the PC. The local keyboard/mouse is directly plugged into the PC. The transmitter is powered via USB to save on power supplies; however, there is a power supply socket available if you wish to power the transmitter independently. This extender supports full 2-Page DDC EDID, which is required by some high-performance video cards to utilize the full capabilities of the graphics card. The X-USB transmits USB 2.0 (Low and Full-Speed) and supports all USB-compatible devices (keyboards, mice of all kinds, as well as printers and more). The receiver features a built-in 4-port USB hub (USB 1.1) to operate a keyboard, mouse, disk drive, flash memory stick, webcam, and any other USB device. Audio transmission with CD-quality stereo audio for speakers. The transmitter and receiver can be used as standalone devices or installed with up to 16 devices in a 2U large 19" chassis. Please note that a special front panel for each module is also required.
