High availability, evidenced by an extended warranty, is the focus of the HWS series in the power range of 15 watts to 1500 watts. With efficiencies of up to 90% and excellent power density, the convection-cooled devices up to 150 watts can still be integrated into 1U enclosures. The devices with 300 W and 600 W output power are cooled via built-in fans and require 2U of space. Under the designation HWS-P, devices in the 300 W and 600 W power class are available with triple overload capability, specifically designed for motor start-up. The range of output voltages extends from 5 V to 48 V, each adjustable via a potentiometer within +/- 20%. The devices meet the SEMI F47 requirements regarding supply voltage dips, a standard in the semiconductor industry.
