Product details
Impulse switches are electromagnetically actuated devices that can be used to realise simple, energy-saving and safe lighting control. As a rule, impulse switches are used to control impulse switches where the light is to be operated from at least three different locations. Each control impulse sent to the coil-magnet system causes the device to switch back to the previous position and hold this position mechanically until the next control impulse. In the event of a power failure, it is ensured that the last switching position is held mechanically. This technology helps to significantly reduce the electrical power loss and power consumption of the devices. Due to the very quiet switching noises, impulse switches are also suitable for use in public buildings, hotels and private homes. Depending on the type, the devices can be controlled with standard control voltages and are designed for a rated current of 16 A or 32 A.
