For the control of a heating or cooling circuit. The device features 2 channels, each with two electronic outputs for controlling the 3-way mixing valve (3-point) of a heating or cooling circuit. Additionally, the device has a relay output (5 A) for switching the circulation pump. The status of the pump can be monitored via 3 binary signal inputs (using potential-free contacts), and this feedback can be integrated into the pump control. The flow and return temperatures are measured and used by the integrated controller to calculate the valve position. The setpoint is received via the KNX bus. Through channel bundling, it is possible to control systems with double pumps. For enhanced diagnostic functions and improved commissioning, the ABB i-bus tool can be utilized.
