Product details

Eden DYN (also with StatusBus), OSSD, and AS-i are non-contact safety sensors with coding, consisting of Adam and Eva. Eden is used on locked protective devices such as doors, gates, and hoods, as well as for safe position detection. They are excellently suited for harsh environments, have an IP69K rating, and a temperature range of -40 to +70 °C. There are versions with built-in, monitored reset with reset indication. Eden DYN is suitable for single-channel DYNlink safety circuits with Vital or Pluto. Eden OSSD is for two-channel safety circuits with safety relays or safety PLCs. Eden AS-i is operated directly on the AS-i bus. Eden complies with design type 4, optionally with high or low coding levels according to EN ISO 14119, and achieves up to PLe (EN ISO 13849-1) or SIL3 (EN 61508, EN 62061), even when connected in series/cascading up to 30 sensors. Variable mounting and 360° scanning are possible.
