Rösch, Paul born in 1954. Studied folklore and history at the University of Innsbruck. From 1988 to 1996, he was the managing director of the Tyrolean State Institute in Bolzano. From 1996 to 2015, he established and led the State Museum of Tourism "Touriseum" in Merano. He served as the mayor of the city of Merano from 2015 to 2020. For 21 years, he was the volunteer president of the Urania Adult Education Center and has published numerous works on folklore and tourism history.

Elsler, Lukas born in 1989 in Trento. Studied philosophy, literature, political science, and communication studies at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. From 2015 to 2020, he was the head of the Cabinet and Public Relations Office of the municipality of Merano under Mayor Paul Rösch. Since October 2020, he has been working as a freelance communication consultant.
