3dk.berlin 3DK Filament PLA 3dkonductive black 1.0kg 1.75mm

3dkonductive - electrically conductive, black, 1.75mm, 1kg. Electrically conductive filament with a new formula that is not brittle like normal PLA. PLA based and compatible with PLA and WillowFlex for low power applications for printed sensors. Features include antistatic properties and electromagnetic shielding. It offers good printability and high layer adhesion.

Processing Notes: 3dkonductive is a highly filled PLA developed with a focus on high conductivity and good printability. The material is made conductive with special carbon black. Due to the high filling, it is somewhat more brittle and has slightly different flow properties. By following the processing instructions, you can print the material successfully and avoid clogging of your extruder.

Settings:

• Print temperature: 200-230°C
• Speed: tested up to 90mm/s
• Print bed: 60-70°C or cold bed
• Coating: Crepe, Kapton, Printafix, permanent print bed (beware of increased adhesion)
• Other materials: Adheres to 3dk-PLA and WillowFlex (and vice versa)

Processing: To avoid clogging, remove the filament from the hotend directly after printing and do not let it cool down in the hotend. The easiest way to do this is to add the following line to the End-GCode in your slicer software: G1 E-100 F600. This command retracts the filament 100mm after printing is complete, allowing the hotend to cool down without filament.

Cleaning: It is recommended to clean your extruder immediately after printing with 3dkonductive before it cools down. Alternatively, you can "flush" your extruder with PLA until no more black plastic is extruded.

Resistance: Electrical resistance on printed test specimens (disc Ø 60mm thickness 4mm) according to DIN 53482. Volume resistivity: 24 O/cm. Surface resistance in printing direction: 23 O, perpendicular to printing direction: 53 O. The filament of diameter 1.75mm has an average resistance of 25 O/cm.
