Product details

The Carbon ProFill filament is a highly advanced 3D printing material specifically designed for demanding applications. With a diameter of 2.85 mm and a weight of 0.5 kg, this filament offers an excellent combination of lightness and stiffness. It is made from a special blend of PETT and approximately 20% ultra-light carbon fibers, resulting in remarkable stiffness that is twice that of conventional PETT filament. Additionally, the Carbon ProFill features high impact and heat resistance up to 85 °C, making it ideal for technical applications. The printing temperature ranges from 225 °C to 245 °C, and the filament can be processed without a heated print bed, simplifying the printing process. The matte surface and exceptional tactile quality of the printed objects make it an attractive choice for designers and engineers.

  • 20% carbon fiber reinforced for increased stiffness
  • High impact and heat resistance up to 85 °C
  • Practically warp-free and easy to print
  • Excellent layer adhesion and thermal stability
  • Produces a matte surface without unpleasant odors during printing.
