Product details
ASA ProFill Filament 2.85mm lime green 1kg. New improved performance! ASA ProFill Filament is a highly impact-resistant terpolymer with similar properties to ABS filament. Until now, ASA plastic has primarily been used in injection molding, but it is now also being utilized in 3D printing technology. Prints made with ASA filament feature a high-quality and scratch-resistant surface. Additionally, ASA is very resistant to many chemicals and is weatherproof. ASA filaments are excellent for outdoor use due to their UV resistance. Compared to ABS, ASA has a higher heat shape resistance and, thanks to this outstanding dimensional stability, is perfect for technical components, such as in the automotive industry. ASA ProFill is a robust and high-quality 3D filament, suitable for all common FDM printers. It is easy to handle, making it ideal for demanding 3D printing. Due to its high level of technical refinement, this ASA ProFill filament has no shrinkage factor and will not deform after cooling. ASA stands for Acrylate-Styrene-Acrylonitrile. Printing temperature is 220 - 240 °C, depending on the printing speed. Recommended heated bed temperature is approximately 60 °C. Warp effect is almost negligible. Spool size: spool diameter: 200mm, spool height: 65mm, hub hole diameter: 53mm. Storage should be cool and dry (15-25 °C). Each desktop 3D printer has its own unique characteristics. Therefore, you may need to play around with the temperature settings a bit to achieve the best results. To obtain optimal results for your prints, you must consider variables such as the nozzle diameter of your 3D printer, your printing speed settings, and the layer height.
