Hello, I have had this monitor since November 2018 and am very satisfied with it. Since yesterday, I have the problem that I get 1x long and 3x short as a sound signal when booting via the display port from the bios, which means that either the graphics RAM, the DP cable or the monitor detection is not working. I have already taken a new cable and ruled out this error. It works via HDMI. Is there any way to check the function of the Displayport port on the monitor or graphics card? Without having to replace the hardware. Thanks in advance.
Did you use the display port connection on the mainboard or on the graphics card if it is true that you used the connection on the mainboard, try it directly on the graphics card.
And I have from time to time such a problem that my Ram complains with some monitors, if the Ram was labeled with e.g. 3200hz I would recommend to underclock the Ram and only afterwards go back up to 3200hz.
