Question about NZXT H510
Can it be 2 140 mm fans at the back I will mount the nzxt kraken x 63 (5.5cm) at the front?

Only a 120mm fan fits at the very back, but 120mm at the top. At the front, on the other hand, you can fit the 280mm radiator without any problems.
