Holy grail for taking out hyperpigmentation

Vitamin C 13 Serum is my holy grail when it comes to taking out the hyperpigmentation. To see small results, it might take some time (1-3 weeks, depending on person). This has 13% pure vitamin C. When you first start out using vitamin C, I would start with a low concentration like this one or even lower (if there is one) and move on to 23% later on, if you want to. I also try to be careful not to mix it with other chemical exfoliants or active acids.
Keep it away from sunlight and in the refrigerator during use.

Using it in the morning makes my skin so plump. I also let it sit for about 5 minutes or more after applying before putting on my face cream afterward.  more
