Simple sturdy moth cabinet
With my many winter coats, the bracket broke on the old cabinet. The Zeller bracket is more stable, better reinforced, the bar good.

Is it possible to wash the fleece of the wardrobe ?
Probably not, it's a fleece. Peel it off and wash it by hand in the bathtub, maybe, but not too often. Fleece will crumple and eventually dissolve.
