Table Super, control prototype
The table in actually super! But the steurer unit is for the cat! It has all the functions and they work well, but the glue that is supposed to hold the plexiglass is too weak and came off after 2 weeks. I had now used double-sided tape, but that also dissolved after a few days. Thereupon I cut off the springs, so that the disk is no longer wakeprinted and then the disk no longer worked. I have relatively thick double-sided tape used, so that it should be easy beweglkich, unfortunately did not work.
So I have now put a few of the springs back in, so that it springs again easily.
My future me and others who have the problem, I advise : spring of the t button 1 and 2 button fully shorten and spring of the M up down and 3 button a little to shorten.
But first in any case write to support (I had also done).Pro

Table assembled. After 4 weeks, both controls are defective.
Dismantle everything, pack and get a replacement.

Stable, high load capacity, and 128cm height
Trouble-free in use for two months, solid oak top 180x80cm with 28kg from DIY store, additional cable shaft from IKEA for 2 power strips installed, PC substructure rack from ROLINE CPU holder CS-11 black rotatable, works perfectly and tip top for further home office until summer 2021...

- 128cm height, I am 200cm tall and work standing at 128cm working height.
- high load capacity of 125kg necessary for table top 28kg, and PC with 2 monitors approx. 20kg
- Good display

- In contrast to Ikea with a 10-year guarantee for Bekant standing desk only 2 years guarantee
- Touch panel unlock takes 5 sec, but could be switched off via programming
- Control unit crashes every few months (recognisable by luminous dots), reset by switching off the power.

Practical and stable stand
I am quite enthusiastic about the stand and have bought two for myself and later also for my wife.
To raise the stand to a saved height, you only have to briefly tap the memory location and then the stand automatically moves to the corresponding height. The height adjustment is quite quiet. Top!
The only drawback is that the control reacts slowly to touch. Since you have to release the control by touching it before each height adjustment (so involuntary adjustment is not possible), this can be a bit annoying depending on your mood.Pro

Insufficient service from the manufacturer
The delivered table frame was defective from the beginning. Right motor blocked due to plastic slide rail coming out.
Asked for a replacement part. Digitec contacted the manufacturer and forwarded the following reply to me:
Regretfully, I have to inform you that the supplier unfortunately does not send spare parts.
Such suppliers should not be considered.
Digitec, however, has reacted super and organized a return transport...nevertheless, I have lost a pair of "working hours" for the construction and dismantling...do you know that when you are trying hard to wire everything nicely....and then everything is for the cat?
