Intake
As the regeneration phase with subsequent increase in performance (supercompensation) usually lasts 48 hours, KA-EX® is taken within 3 days:
1. take KA-EX® during or immediately after exercise
2. taken the next day (for example as a substitute for coffee or a refreshing drink in between)
3. take after about 48 hours
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one bottle or sachet per day. KA-EX® is vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free.

Instructions for use | Dissolve the contents of the sachet (30g) in at least 300ml of water and take after exercise or alcohol consumption.
