What the hell is that?

Our range is growing constantly. However, some products will have you guessing what it is that you’re looking at. Today's example: a colourful bust.
Don’t worry, it’s not what it looks like: We didn’t sneak into the large hall in Zurich’s main station one night and cut off a piece of Niki de Saint Phalle’s guardian angel. The corpulent woman with wings is still hovering high above the heads of travellers. This isn’t a stolen souvenir from Bruno Weber’s sculpture garden in Dietikon either. What we know is that it’s a piece of art. Why? In an earlier episode of «What the hell is that?», we established that everything that can’t be categorised is considered art nowadays.
And again, this theory proves true. This thing really is an art project. Galaxus now allows you to have your own pregnant belly cast made. It takes about an hour and takes place in Zug, Switzerland. «The cast is made with plaster bandages from the medical sector and is therefore absolutely harmless to health. What's key is that the belly is moisturised well before the bandages are applied to the body.» No comment. I would have preferred a catchier slogan. How about: «Kinder Surprise – without chocolate and without surprise.»
