Now available: portable high chair that packs small in your luggage

With its product, a Swedish start-up wants to ensure that your baby can sit safely and comfortably at the table anywhere up to toddler age. You can find the portable high chair from Hannie in the shop now.
Parents know the problem: either all the highchairs in the restaurant are occupied or they look like they haven't been cleaned for weeks. And relatives or friends often simply don't have a suitable seat for their children. The portable high chair from Hannie is designed to solve precisely these problems.
Cleverly designed: Everything fits together
The key difference to conventional portable high chairs lies in the way the product can be packed together. The chair consists of three larger parts that are slotted together: the base, a centre section and a tray.

After use, the centre section is placed in the base. The tray then serves as a lid. This creates a compact unit.
Hannie is available in four colours: black, white, green and dark red.
Hannie is 35.2 centimetres wide and 34.4 centimetres deep. That's how much space you need to allow for in your luggage. The manufacturer gives the weight as 1.8 kilograms. A carrying bag is included for transport.
Suitable from baby to toddler
When you put all the parts together, Hannie becomes a classic highchair for babies from six to 36 months. Without the centre section and tray, you can transform the chair into a practical booster seat for toddlers
The included reversible cushion is designed to provide additional stability. It can be cleaned in the washing machine at 40 degrees and can be used on both sides.
You still need a chair
The portable highchair only works in combination with an existing chair. This must be stable enough to support the additional weight of the child and the attachment. Hannie is connected to the chair using straps
The backrest of the chair must be high enough for the fastening straps to function correctly and prevent the child from tipping backwards. The seat must be dimensioned to match the base of the base and should have a smooth surface so that the rubber coating on the underside of Hannie is non-slip.
Galaxus says:
As clever as Hannie's transport function is, the product should only complement existing solutions. Wherever there is no suitable chair available, Hannie won't help you. And if you need a booster seat later on, you could simply use the one for the car. Because Hannie is not designed for use in the car.
