Now available for pre-order: Sony Dualsense wireless controller in the "God of War 20th Anniversary Limited Edition"

To mark the 20th anniversary of God of War, Sony is launching a limited edition of the Dualsense controller. Technically unchanged, but clearly recognisable in design as a tribute to Kratos.

The colour scheme of the controller is based on the aesthetics of the more recent «God of War» titles. The combination of matt white and grey tones and the red omega symbol on the touchpad is a clear homage to Kratos. The finish and shape correspond to the regular Dualsense, and the casing has the usual high-quality appearance. The design on the back remains discreet to better emphasise the striking front.

Functionally, there are no changes. The controller has the same features as the standard model: adaptive triggers with variable resistance, precise haptic feedback, integrated microphone, motion sensor and Bluetooth connection. The battery life is also in the familiar range of between ten and twelve hours, depending on the functions used.

The controller will be released from 23 October. You can pre-order it now. At launch, 160 units are expected to be available.
