No more shin injuries thanks to these socks designed by Endura

Protective gear can help prevent serious injuries when you’re biking. The shin protectors by Endura also help you avoid small but equally unpleasant bruises and scratches. And that’s a good thing.

Every now and then, I come across derogatory comments when it comes to the subject of protective equipment. The self-proclaimed hardcore bikers make fun of beginners who wear protection because their technical skills are limited – in other words, because they fall off their bike sometimes. So here’s what I think: everyone should wear the equipment that’s right for them. Perhaps with the exception of a helmet. In my opinion, that’s a must. A no-brainer.

On the one hand, I’m still working on my riding technique and on the other, I like to protect exposed parts of my body such as my ankles and shins. Why? Well, they used to look like this after a biking tour:

Endura SingleTrack

Main features

  • soft and quick-drying yarn
  • very dense foam inserts on the shins that protect against pedals and stones
  • additional ankle protection
  • stretch cuff for a comfortable, secure fit
  • material inside: polyurethane 100%
  • material outside: elastane 2%, polyester 8%, cotton 90%

After use, I machine wash the socks, including the foam inserts, at 30 degrees and hang them up to dry.

In a nutshell

Endura SingleTrack: two birds with one stone

SingleTrack socks by Endura provide breathable, lightweight and effective protection for your shins and ankles. I won’t go biking without them again.

Pro

  • breathable socks
  • protect shins and ankles
  • comfortable fit
  • easy-care
