Galaxus now offers cut flowers and flower bouquets and sends them to anyone throughout Switzerland. Whether you’re looking for a flower arrangement for a birthday, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, the birth of a child, a wedding or a spring surprise – we’ll continuously extend our floral range to make sure you find the right bouquet for any event.
It’s all about love
Red roses – a classic. Red stands for love, passion and romance and symbolises that a relationship is more than a fling. To avoid misunderstandings or a broken heart, be aware of this meaning when you’re giving someone red roses.
It’s all about friendship
Love or friendship? If you’re not sure or if you want to thank someone for a being a good friend, go for pink or yellow-red roses. Pink roses stand for young, blossoming love, as well as beauty and respect. Orange or yellow-red roses stand for luck, enthusiasm and protection and are suitable as get-well wishes, as Birthday present, for the birth of a child, for Mother’s Day or as a surprise.
It’s all about spring fever
Tulips are heralds of spring. They’re not as famous as roses, but the colours of tulips also carry meaning. Here’s what you need to know.
Packaging
To make sure they’re not damaged, freshly cut flowers require special packaging. We deliver them in a flower box where they are kept upright at all times.
Water
We want your flowers to get to your recipient bursting with as much life, colour and scent as possible. This is why we deliver flowers with a water holder. Once the flowers arrive, make sure to cut the ends of the stems and put the flowers in a vase with water. Every bouquet comes with a sachet of flower food.
Delivery
There are two delivery options: Have the bouquet sent to your home and take it to your loved one yourself or send it directly to the recipient and choose a separate invoice address.
Conditions
Orders that are placed on Monday to Friday are delivered within 3 to 4 working days, depending on the timing of your order (before or after lunchtime).
I’m the cook, cleaner, police officer, nurse, entertainer, motivator, author, storyteller, coach, organiser, chauffeur, lawyer and judge. To put it simply, I’m a mum to a daughter and not just a (Content) Manager at the office but also at home.
