A burping monster in a crate

Crate Creatures are the evil siblings of Furby – and they’re locked away in crates. Help them escape and discover their individual personalities. Feed them their favourite food or listen to the monsters repeat what you say.
With the launch of Crate Creatures, MGA has unleashed four new monsters onto the market of interactive plush toys. To play and get to know your monstrous friend, you need to break into its crate first. There’s a crowbar included in each box. Use it to break the lock and remove the iron chain. Once you’ve done this, you need to pry open the crate and pull out the little monster.

But before you can play with your new monster, a tiny surgical procedure is necessary. In its back, there’s a battery compartment that needs to be filled with three AA batteries before the fun begins.

Once the batteries have been inserted, you can bring your monster to life. Pull its tongue and the Crate Creature starts to vibrate and its eyes light up. If you stand the monster on its head or push it, it will roar with joy. You can also squeeze its belly and speak to it. It will then copy your words and say them in a monster’s voice. There are a total of 45 different sound effects, including munching sounds when you feed it.
