Its story begins in 1948 in the United States, where Nestlé launched Nestlé QUIK, the world's first instant powder for chocolate drinks!
Given the product's rapid success, Nestlé began marketing the powder worldwide. The name NESQUIK is a contraction of Nestlé and Quick, which means "fast" in English, with the "c" dropped.
The QUICKY rabbit is NESQUIK's international mascot. He made his first appearance around 1975 and has been its sole ambassador since 1999. Since then, QUICKY has been a breakfast friend for children and an ally for mothers who want their child(ren) to drink milk.
