How do customer feedbacks work?
I had placed an order online with Galaxus yesterday morning that qualified for free shipping. Shortly after having made my order my spouse told me about an item that she would like from Galaxus but ordering that on it's own would have created a new order and it did not come to the minimum cost for free shipping on its own. I called the helpline who was able to include the additional item to my existing order as well as talk my through the steps to issue my payment during our phone conversation. Today I received the items that came directly from Galaxus' warehouse. I have been informed via email that my two other items have been shipped to me by the respective suppliers and they should be delivered to me today as well. The customer service did an outstanding service for me! Outstanding professional customer friendly assistance!
