Jardin des Monts is a herb garden cultivated according to ancient traditions in the Pays-d'Enhaut in Switzerland, planted on restored terraced crops on a sunny slope at 1,350 meters above sea level. Thyme, lemon balm, mallow, chamomile blossom and smell there competitively.
They grow wild or are organically cultivated, carefully picked by hand and then dried according to ancient methods or extracted to precious essences, so that all beneficial properties and aromas are fully and unadulterated.
To continue this tradition, Jardin des Monts today shares its philosophy and knowledge with other farmers of this mountain region.
The unique authentic products based on natural and organic ingredients are processed in rhythm with the seasons and harvests.
