Docteur Gab's beer was the result of a close friendship. In January 2001, three friends became curious and motivated about fermentation processes. Since 2012, the brewery has been located in La Claie-aux-Moines (what a suitable place: monks, les moines, were long known for their art of brewing) and celebrated its fifteenth anniversary in 2016. What a good reason to drink a toast to hops and malt!
