DeWok has its origin not as one might assume in Asia, but in the beautiful Rhineland in Germany. The Rhineland name for "The Wok" is also made exclusively from noble and high-quality materials in Germany and thus bears the quality mark Made in Germany.

The idea for DeWok was born when two friends were looking for an alternative to the classic table grills, raclette and fondue machines. Influenced by a professional stay in Asia, engineer Steve Müller took up the cause and set himself the goal of creating a wok system for the table. The product had to function without a power socket, have a timeless design and guarantee optimal cooking conditions. At home at the table as well as when camping or grilling at the lake, DeWok should find its application both indoors and outdoors.

After countless days of drawing, tinkering and trial and error, the idea became a final product. The DeWok product range offers a unique, communal cooking experience not only for fans of Asian cooking. Numerous dishes from all over the world can be easily prepared thanks to the unique system.
