So, I've had mine for around one week now, I've run a few tests from the Phoronix Test Suite and also exposed it to some of my real life workflows.
I'm really happy with it, it's superfast, single core performance is good, multicore performance kills anything I've ever seen, but in my use case (and as far as I've seen on the internet) the BIOS support is a bit wonky. I get idle temperatures on the 70C and under light workload around 50-60. High workload is around 70-80. I have a Kraken X73 AIO and it can handle it fine.
It seems that BIOS power curves are not well adjusted, with the main single core receiving higher voltages on idle than it should and correcting under load, this is not dangerous at all, but it's definitely something to keep an eye on for CPU coolers that may not be able to dissipate enough heat.
Apart from that, I have no complaint, this CPU is here to stay, goodbye Intel.
