  • Ankündigung unter 24h, keine Planung, Installation nicht geschafft

    Die Ankündigung der Lieferung erfolgte unter 24 Stunden im Voraus. Es erfolgte keine Planung oder Informationen zur Installation. Dann war man vor Ort gar nicht in der Lage, das alte Gerät zu entfernen und das neue Gerät zu installieren. Das Ganze war für nichts!

  • Mostly ok, but could not handle a simple problem during dishwasher installation

    Mostly fine, but when they couldnt figure out how to attach a bottom panel, they left as is. When I got home later (my wife was the one interacting with them), I googled how to attach the panel, found an official Miele video, (the search took 5 minutes), and installed it myself in another 20 minutes. Not clear why I paid 350 chf for the installation, if I had to do part of the work myself.
