Hello everyone, Are there any considerations or long-term plans to provide a public REST API for Digitec Galaxus or is such a thing conceivable in principle? This would mean read-only access to product data such as descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, categories or ratings. This could be used to build your own tools, for example for price analyses, product comparisons, data exports, notifications, etc. Of course, under clear framework conditions such as API keys, rate limits and access only to public data without influencing shop functions. I would be interested to know whether there are already statements or discussions on this or whether a public API is deliberately not planned. Thank you very much.

Does anyone know of a good storage box for P-Touch ribbons that can be closed with a lid? I imagine the box so that you can put the ribbons in it in a row with the front labelling facing upwards. That way you can find the correct ribbon quickly. Does anyone have any ideas or experience?

Dear Community, I would like to know how regularly, and if at all, you have already received a Galaxus voucher when you moved up a level in the Community? I think I have already collected a few points and have also climbed a level a few times, but I have never won anything. Do you have similar experiences? Or have I just had bad luck so far? And if you have already received vouchers, what were they for? Are they just little token vouchers or are they actually useful?

I look after a cognitively impaired person. I am looking for a DAB radio with fixed buttons for at least 3-4 stations, but which CANNOT be easily adjusted. Is there such a thing? The background: ALL the DAB radios I have tried so far have an operation that requires you to press certain buttons for a long time (e.g. to switch on the device or select certain functions), but other buttons only briefly (e.g. the aforementioned station buttons). If you press the latter buttons for too long, you programme the station you are currently listening to onto this button. Apparently, my protégé does this all the time, so that the buttons I have pre-programmed with a selection of stations are constantly reprogrammed (in the worst case, all buttons are then assigned the same station) and I feel like I have to come round once a week to reprogramme these damned stations again. It's really starting to drive me crazy! The difference between "long press button" and "short press button" is simply incomprehensible to certain people! But ALL DAB radios with programmable buttons use this stupid scheme. ||-( Hence my question: are there any DAB radios where pressing a button too long does NOT reprogramme the stations?

Please indicate which PowerBank complies with the new 3C safety certification (China Compulsory Certification). Please also add a filter for this. Stricter regulations now apply to the carriage of power banks on certain flights. This was triggered by safety problems.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems? Hello dear Digitec team and Community, I am looking for adapters to prevent sound transmission from 3.5" HDDs to the housing. There used to be such adapters for installation in 5.25" bays, with 2 metal brackets on each side (HDD side and one on the case side), connected with rubber buffers. Unfortunately, even after a thorough search, I can't find anything here that isn't for a specific manufacturer's enclosure. Can you help me? I can't see the wood for the trees... Plug+Play is the name of the game - but whenever I connect the Verbatim to an already running laptop via USB-C, the laptop does not recognise the Verbatim. I have to restart the laptop for the Verbatim to be recognised. What am I doing wrong? What do I need to change? Or could this already be a defect?
