Excellent noise reduction but bluetooth unreliable
- If Bluetooth worked properly I would give it 5 stars thanks to its excellent noise reduction.
- Bluetooth is very unreliable at connection time, both with an iPhone and with a mac laptop.
- Sometimes the headset just freezes and since the on/off button goes through a software layer, switching it off is not working. Luckily attaching USB power is enough to reset it.
- The Bose app for the iPhone is simply useless.
