Cannot be used for calling
Cannot be used for calls or meetings. Mic will work for a few days or weeks and then stops. I have had the exact same issue on 3 of those headsets. When you send them back Galaxus does not even bother trying to repair them, they jsut send you a new one with the same problem. So there clearly is an issue, Bose knows it, Galaxus knows it, but still the product continues to be available for sale
