Software failure

It seems most important to OnePlus to make money by releasing phones in quick succession without properly testing them, and then happy to have their customers deal with the bugs. My phone has dozens of serious bugs that drastically affect usability and which have not been addressed in months. These issues should have been identified by normal use tests. Instead OnePlus leave the bug hunting to their customers and expect them to perform highly technical and arduous troubleshooting. The issues are known issues and are mentioned many times by users on the OnePlus support forums. Even so, it seems OnePlus doesn't care and never gets round to addressing them. Totally unacceptable especially for a flagship-priced phone! I used to be a OnePlus fan. No longer.  mehr
