Communication via KNX with digital electronic control gear (EVG) featuring a DALI interface. Two DALI outputs with DALI-2 certification according to IEC 62386-101 and 103, to which up to 64 DALI-EVGs can be connected via a DALI bus line. Integrated power supply for an input voltage of AC 110 to 240 V, 50/60 Hz or DC 120 to 240 V to power the gateway electronics and DALI outputs. Support for EVGs types 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 according to EN 62386 Edition 1 as well as Edition 2 (DALI-2). DALI output voltage approximately 19 V, potential-free and short-circuit proof. Detection of external voltage during commissioning to check if incorrect mains voltage is present at a DALI output. LED display for showing operating states and error messages. Button for switching between bus and direct operation. One button pair per DALI output for the simultaneous switching on or off of all connected lights in direct operation. One LED per DALI output to indicate the switching state of all connected lights in direct operation. Configurable behavior in case of bus voltage failure (standalone operation). Control (switching, dimming, and setting dimming values) of all connected lights together in broadcast operation. Reporting and display of a lamp and EVG error per lighting group and per DALI participant. Single-stage or two-stage timer operation. Integrated scene control for up to 32 scenes. Assignment of DALI-EVGs to individual groups with testing capability for the EVGs, groups, and scenes using the ETS during the commissioning of the gateway. Option to replace defective DALI-EVGs without software (ETS). Integrated KNX bus coupler with a maximum load of only half the standard bus load (5 mA). KNX bus connection via bus terminal. Rail-mounted device for installation on TH35 DIN EN 60715 mounting rails.
