Est-il possible de faire tenir 3 de ces cartes graphiques : ASUS STRIX RX 580 O8G GDDR5 (8GB, haut de gamme) sur cette carte mère ? ou dois-je prendre une carte mère E-ATX ?

Non, ce n'est pas possible. L'espacement entre les slots PCI-E est trop petit pour cela. A moins que tous vos 580 soient refroidis par eau, cela pourrait fonctionner.
