Great sound, too bad they usually don't work.
Way too many bugs. I've had a long history of problems since I bought these about a year ago. Left air pod regularly failed, several visits to Apple store in Zurich to determine that it needed to be replaced. Problem persisted,

From your review I can read that you describe the old airpods that where released 2016. This product page is for the new airpods, released 2019.
Apple has now replaced my airpods with a third set that work well so far. All three pairs are the first-generation airpods.
