How did you manage to get the cable into the Connect Box? Doesn't work with my model. The outer part is too tight, the inner pin too big.

In my case the cable was OK. Exactly for the Connect Box. I bough one before and it was not good. Maybe they mixed the cables and you got a wrong one.

Does not work with my "Connect Box" either. The female on the box is too large..
