Our international recruitment team helps shape the teams behind our growth. You will be at the center of the recruitment process for our Retail and After Sales teams across Switzerland, Serbia, and Germany. When needed, you would step in to support recruitment across the business, from Product Development and People & Culture to Marketing, Finance, Category Management and Customer Service.

You will be based in Dintikon, with occasional visits to Zürich, Wohlen, Neuenburg, and Belgrade.

Tes responsabilités

  • Driving the recruitment process in Retail and After Sales.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to turn their needs into hires that are just right.
  • Using the optimal mix of sourcing channels to find strong, diverse talent.
  • Keeping track of recruitment metrics to keep processes lean and agile.
  • Supporting hiring across other departments, keeping quality consistent.
  • Keeping on top of organization and invoicing of employees hired through agencies.
  • Delivering an engaging candidate experience, embodying our company culture and values.
  • Creating and achieving team goals while keeping true to our company vision.

Tes compétences

  • 3 years of recruitment experience, focus on commercial and operational roles.
  • Fluency in German and English, French language is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of market trends and talent landscape.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong prioritization skills paired with a collaborative, pragmatic mindset.
  • Internal drive to optimize processes while keeping the human touch.
  • Confidence in navigating change and adapting strategies as needs evolve.
