More Plants Less Waste

The demand for vegan food in the UK continues to soar and an increasing concern for the environment is growing alongside - Max La Manna, a New York chef and creator of online platform 'Eating with Max', bridges the gap between veganism and waste-free cooking, encouraging a more sustainable, simple approach to living well.
