First things first - why this role is special. This is a 12-month maternity cover. But here's the thing - this might be the most interesting 12 months of your career. Deine Aufgaben
- You'll coach and develop leaders across Customer Service in Serbia and Switzerland - not with PowerPoint decks, but by being in the room, reading the dynamics, asking the hard questions, and helping them grow. You'll make sure our leadership and collaboration tools are actually lived
- You'll move through the organization with curiosity and courage - spotting what's stuck, what's outdated, what could be better. Then you'll challenge, inspire, and stay with it until the change actually happens. This isn't a "write a recommendation and hand it off" kind of role. You own it end to end
- You'll partner with leaders to design and run targeted team development - improving how people work together, communicate, and perform. You'll set up simple, smart frameworks to measure whether what you're doing is actually making a difference
- When transformation hits - and it will - you'll be the one helping people navigate it. You'll build change plans with leaders, track progress honestly, and adjust when something isn't working
- You'll collect and interpret employee survey results, cut through the noise, and work with leaders to build action plans that people actually believe in - because they see things change afterward
- You'll contribute to organizational development - looking at the bigger picture of how we're structured, how we collaborate across teams, and where the system itself needs to evolve

- You have a flashlight-and-courage mindset - you walk into a team, a meeting, a process, and you see what others have stopped noticing. Then you don't just point it out - you stay and help fix it
- You can hold a room. Whether it's a workshop with 30 people or a tough 1:1 with a senior leader, you're confident, warm, and real. You facilitate with skill, not scripts
- You know change management from the inside - not just the theory, but the messy, human, emotional reality of change. You've been through it, and you know how to bring others through it
- You're self-organized and resourceful. Nobody will micromanage you here. You figure out what needs to happen, you talk to the right people, and you make it happen
- Your English is effortless and fluent. German? A genuine advantage
- You're curious, agile in how you work, and you never stop learning. If you think you've figured it all out, this isn't the place for you. If you know you haven't - welcome
- You have a willingness to challenge “how things have always been done” and propose more efficient, automated, or effective solutions
- You think and act with an absolute respect for human dignity and being aware of the human consequences of your decisions
One more thing: Leadership experience in a similar environment is a real plus - not because of the title, but because having led people yourself gives you a kind of empathy and credibility that's hard to fake.
