Although the machine itself is difficult to handle (by grabbing it with two hands, the lid can easily slide off) I was very pleased with the initial results. However, after a year or so, I struggled to get the same solid consistency I was used to. Flakes in the yoghurt, fluid on top, very watery altogether; the pots in the middle are always the worst. I'm not sure why this is happening, maybe the temperature is getting too high? I tried several different locations, made sure not to touch the machine, cleaned it thoroughly, nothing seems to help.
