The Fanes 2L PTX Parka by Salewa is a functional and stylish short coat designed specifically for cold and wet winter days. Made from weatherproof, two-layer Powertex nylon fabric, this parka offers excellent protection against wind and water. The PFC-free, permanently water-repellent finish ensures that the outer material is not only water-resistant but also dirt-repellent. Inside, the parka features innovative Tirol-Wool-Responsive insulation, made from wool sourced from Tyrolean mountain sheep and enhanced with thermoreactive minerals. This technology helps retain body heat, providing a comfortable wearing experience even in extreme temperatures. The longer cut of the parka offers additional protection for the hips and thighs, while practical details like the water-repellent two-way front zipper and adjustable hood enhance comfort.
