3. Mrs Flury Organic Matcha powder
Matcha powder consists of ground green tea leaves. Mrs Flury Matcha powder comes from Japan. It has a long tradition there - not only in consumption, but also in cultivation. The process is demanding, labour-intensive and has strict specifications to ensure that the plant meets the requirements for later processing into matcha powder. The leaves are also harvested by hand. After harvesting, the leaves are gently ground to ensure the quality of the powder. Matcha naturally contains many antioxidants and caffeine. The difference in caffeine content between matcha and coffee is not great and varies depending on how the coffee is prepared. Distinctive, organically grown rooibos from the Cederberg Mountains of South Africa – easy to digest, fruity, and caffeine-free. The subtle tangerine note adds to the uniqueness of this blend. The rugged beauty of the Cederberg Mountain region in the southwest of South Africa is home to the rooibos plant – located about 200 km north of Cape Town, around the towns of Clanwilliam and Citrusdal. It is found exclusively in this area, which is why it has become South Africa's national drink. The exact age of the red bush (Afrikaans rooi = red and bos = bush) is not precisely known, but it was first described as a medicinal plant by botanist Carl Thunberg in 1772. Unlike black or green tea, rooibos tea contains no caffeine and few tannins, preventing any potential effects such as bitterness or insomnia. To give the rooibos a more exclusive touch, we have blended it with a bit of hibiscus and tangerine, a variety of the more commonly known mandarin from Asia. The result is a wonderful tea with a delightful aroma that can be enjoyed even late in the evening.
Preparation
Rooibos should be brewed at a water temperature of 95–98°C (let the water sit briefly after boiling in the kettle until it stops bubbling).

Mild chamomile with delicate orange blossoms has a calming effect. Premium organic quality. True chamomile is a plant species in the daisy family. Originally widespread in Southern and Eastern Europe, this species is now found throughout nearly all of Europe. For our tea, we have used organically grown whole chamomile flowers from Croatia. The combination with the fine orange blossoms and orange pieces makes this tea a classic in our range. The round, full-bodied orange aroma gives this tea a special note without overpowering the chamomile. Even tea drinkers who usually do not appreciate chamomile infusions change their minds after a cup and are completely delighted. A heavenly ensemble from organic cultivation: mild chamomile and delicate orange blossoms, enhanced with real orange pieces; it has a calming and relaxing effect. The handcrafted Sirocco tea bags are designed for a water volume of 200 to 250 ml.
