You need approx. 300g potatoes (edible portion) for the same amount of calories as in a portion of Vitargo Carboloader. Even before a competition Vitargo does not burden the stomach.

recommended dosage

1 portion (75g powder) to approx. 600 - 800 ml water. For higher concentrations 1 serving to 600 ml water.

Add about 300 ml of water to an electric mixer or shaker and add the powder. Mix for 1-2 minutes or shake vigorously. Fill up the remaining liquid and mix again.
